Yes, LetsGift is completely free for personal use. One team with up to 5 members is free as well — bigger teams and HR tools come with the “LetsGift Teams” subscription.
What data can my colleagues see? expand_more
Only what you release yourself: in a team, your birthday is shared as day and month only by default — birth year and first working day stay private until you unlock them individually. We only store the data necessary for operation, encrypted and never sold to third parties.
Do all colleagues need to install the app? expand_more
No. Team admins can add employees as external people via CSV import — their birthdays and work anniversaries appear in the team without anyone being forced to install the app.
Does group gift money go through the app? expand_more
No, no money flows through LetsGift. The app only tracks who contributes how much and who has already paid — payments go directly to the organiser, e.g. via PayPal link.
